To help you achieve your real estate license quickly and easily CENTURY 21® Golden Realty offers 3 forms of real estate licensing classes in which to choose: A live instructor class, an online learning course and a study at home course.  No matter which you select, all three are designed to help you pass the state Department of Real Estate exam.

* When you take any method of our pre-licensing courses with CENTURY® 21 Golden Realty, we will 100% fully-reimburse your pre-licensing school tuition upon the successful closing of your first transaction with our company!

LIVE instructor classes

The live instructor classes are designed with extreme flexibility in mind meaning you can begin on ANY Monday evening throughout the course cycle.  There are 8 classes in total and each class is completely independant from the other allowing you to jump in at any time.  Additionally, our live school is fully accredited with the State Office of Post Secondary Education.

The Real Estate Principles course is one of three courses required to pass the state DRE exam. The other two courses are Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Practice.  A two-day intensive state test preparation workshop is also available.

The tuition of $300 includes the following: 3 courses you need to be eligible for the California Dept. of Real Estate Exam, 8 weeks of live instruction and course materials.  The three courses included are Real Estate Principals, Real Estate Practice and Real Estate Finance.

When
The classes are offered on Monday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. Remember, you can begin on ANY Monday.

The classes are located in our brand new real estate building located at 482 N. Rosemead Blvd., Pasadena, 91107. Our building is located North of the 210 freeway in Hastings Ranch on the corner of Rosemead Blvd. and Halstead/Greenhill Rds. Click here for a map of our location.
